In support of the government’s efforts to mitigate social gatherings to halt the spread of the Corona Virus, Madame Tussauds Delhi will remain closed from Friday, 20th March 2020 until further notice. The health and safety of our guests is our top priority and we encourage everyone to follow the recommended guidelines & precautions issued by the health authorities.
If you have purchased tickets for the dates when we will be closed, you may use these tickets for any future date through December 31, 2020.

Can guests re-enter with same day tickets or do they have to re-purchase?
The admission ticket is for one time use only. Should guests wish to re-enter the attraction after they exit the exit turnstile, they would need to purchase a new ticket.
Am I able to pay by Credit Card/debit card at Madame Tussauds Delhi ticketing counter?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express and JCB cards.
What kind of currency do you accept at Madame Tussauds Delhi ticketing counter?
We accept Indian rupees only.
What is the validity of the tickets that are purchased online?
The validity of the tickets is for the date mentioned on the ticket unless specified otherwise. Expired tickets will not be accepted and cannot be extended or refunded.
Ticket redemption and admission has to be done on the same day, no advance redemption allowed.
Credit Card Payments
Under the payment options, the credit card used to pay for the Tickets and, if the credit card holder is not attending on the day, you will need the credit card to be physically shown on which the booking has been made and a photo copy will be retained by Madame Tussauds Delhi.
For refund/change of date matters:
No refunds/exchanges permitted.
Am I allowed to eat/drinks within the attraction?
No. Guests are not permitted to eat/drinks within the attraction and including baby food.
Will there be planned guided tours?
No, we do not have guided tours as our attraction is self-guiding. Guest is welcome to wander around our attraction at their own pace.
Am I allowed to touch the figures?
Yes, at Madame Tussauds you can get up close and personal with celebrities, icons and historical leaders in a fully interactive experience.
Is the attraction wheelchair friendly?
Yes, our attraction is wheelchair friendly; however we can only accommodate 1 wheelchair at one time for safety reasons.
Can I take a pushchair or pram inside the attraction?
Families with young children are advised that baby prams are not allowed in the attraction.
I’m interested in having a wax handmade – what should I be aware of?
Wax hands are not recommended if you:
Have skin allergy
Have sensitive skin
Have broken skin
Dislike hot liquid
Are under the age of 5
Have high blood pressure
