Madame Tussauds Las Vegas is temporarily closed as mandated by Governor Steve Sisolak, and we plan to re-open on May 1, 2020.

If you have purchased tickets for the dates when we will be closed, you may use these tickets for any future date through December 31, 2020.

GENERAL

When will Madame Tussauds Las Vegas reopen?

    • While we will continue to monitor this situation closely, Madame Tussauds Las Vegas is not scheduled to reopen until at least May 1, 2020.

 

TICKETS

Can I reschedule and visit at a later date?

    • If you have purchased tickets for the dates when we will be closed, you may use these tickets for any future date through December 31, 2020. When you decide to visit, simply present your unused ticket at any ticket counter. No advance reservations are required.

How do I request a refund?

    • To request a refund, please send your name, confirmation and the email address of the purchaser to info@madametussaudsLV.com. Please understand that our team is working through an unprecedented number of reschedules and refunds will be issued as soon as possible.

How long will it take to get my refund?

    • Due to the incredibly high volume of traffic on our website, customers may experience delays in response time, and we recognize that this is frustrating. The most up-to-date information will be available on our website, www.madametussauds.com/las-vegas.

What if I bought my ticket from another seller/website?

    • If guests’ travel plans were arranged by a third-party, including travel agents, travel-booking websites, or other businesses independent of Madame Tussauds Las Vegas, they will need to contact those suppliers directly to understand their policies and any applicable fees for changing or cancelling a reservation.

What if I had planned a school field trip, group visit or birthday party?

How does the closure of Madame Tussauds Las Vegas impact Annual Passes?

    • Unfortunately, Madame Tussauds Las Vegas has temporarily closed, but we will be extending your Annual Passes. We will follow up closer to our schedule re-open date with more details, but rest assured we will make sure you enjoy your entire year of awesome at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas once we re-open.
