Why are face coverings required?    

Madame Tussauds Nashville is requiring the use of face coverings in accordance with county requirements.  


How will social distancing measures be enforced? 

Guests will be guided with directional markings, allowing them to better distance themselves while exploring the attraction. Our employees will also remind guests to maintain a respectful distance when necessary. 


What attractions or offerings are currently changed?

As an added safety measure the following attractions are temporarily limiting interactive elements such a photo props.


What forms of payment will be accepted? 

We are only accepting contactless payment methods and the use of debit/credit cards to combat the spread of COVID -19. 





Can I reschedule and visit at a later date? 

If you have purchased tickets for the dates when we will be closed, you may use these tickets for any future date through December 31, 2020. When you decide to visit, simply present your unused ticket at any ticket counter. Advance reservations may be required. 


What if I bought my ticket from another seller/website? 

If your travel plans were arranged by a third  party, including travel agents, travel-booking websites, or other businesses independent of Madame Tussauds Nashville, you will need to contact those suppliers directly to understand their policies and any applicable fees for changing or canceling a reservation. 


What if I had planned a school field trip, group visit or birthday party? 

If you had a reservation for the dates when we were closed, please know that we would be happy to reschedule. For additional questions, please contact





How did the closure of Madame Tussauds Nashville impact Annual Passes?

Can I take a baby stroller to Madame Tussauds?

Yes! The only restriction is they need to remain under 36" in width.


Can I take any animals or pets to Madame Tussauds?

No animals or pets are not permitted into Madame Tussauds. However, we do permit Service Animals.


Is Madame Tussauds wheelchair accessible?

The entire attraction is wheelchair accessible; however, we do not have wheelchairs available on site. We ask that you provide your own wheelchair if needed.


Can I take a camera to Madame Tussauds?

We encourage taking many photos! Cameras are permitted in all public areas of Madame Tussauds. If you are a film crew or press and need access to the attraction, please contact our press office for further information.





The use of strobe lights and strobe affects are used throughout the attraction.  For the safety of our guests, the carrying of firearms, weapons or combustible/flammable/explosive items of any kind into Madame Tussauds, is strictly prohibited.
