Can I use my own caterer or event management company?

We are always open to work with other caterers and we will absolutely make it work with the caterer of your choice! Instead of restricting you from bringing your own, we charge a small fee to cover additional work, staff and time spent catching your vendor up with the intricacies of our complex building!

 

Can I rent multiple rooms to accommodate my large group?

Our venue is unique in that we are a bustling tourist attraction in Times Square that remains open to the public while your event takes place! Our priority is guest experience and guest satisfaction so when renting out our rooms for private events, we don’t rent more than one large space at a time so our public guests can still enjoy the majority of wax figures without feeling like they’ve missed out. If you’d like to rent more than one space, chat with us about a full-attraction buyout!

 

Is your venue handicap-accessible?

Our facilities are designed to be fully accessible to guests with a disability. Our trained staff will ensure that guests who require assistance are transported safely by means of an elevator designated for this purpose. Disabled guests can use a wheelchair and we permit seeing eye dogs, guide dogs and hearing eye dogs.

 

Can I make my deposit on a credit card?

Yes! However, there is a 3% fee issued by credit card companies. To avoid this fee, we recommend either a check or wire transfer.

 

Are floor plans of the building available?

Yes! Upon request, we will send you a birds-eye view diagram of the room of your choice to help you plan your dream event!
